Connections to Rome City Centre
Rome city centre can be reached in approximately 30 minutes, with easy connections to Metro Line B.
The ordinary ticket costs 1,50€ Valid for 100 minutes from the first validation. On the subway, it's valid for a single journey, even on multiple lines, without exiting the turnstiles to change between AB, B1, and C lines.
To travel easily by public transport, public transit passes are available: 24-hour pass for €8.50, 48-hour pass for €15, 72-hour pass for €22, and a 7-day pass for €29. You can find more details here

Ostia Beaches
Ostia's coastline stretches for approximately 14 km, including around 5 km of "I Cancelli", a protected natural area with dunes and Mediterranean vegetation.
About 15% of the coastline consists of free or equipped public beaches, while the remaining 85% is organised into private beach clubs.
The coastline runs along
the Tyrrhenian Sea, offering a variety of landscapes — from lively urban
beaches to wild, natural stretches.
A scenic seaside route can be enjoyed on foot or by bicycle.
Pets Welcome
Pets are welcome in our home. We provide bowls for water and food, as well as free veterinary phone support.
While pets are warmly welcomed, we kindly ask that they do not relieve themselves in shared condominium areas.

Dogs are allowed on public transport if kept on a leash and wearing a muzzle. Taxi access is at the driver's discretion.
