Ostia Lido, also known as "Rome's seaside", was funded in the early 1900s as the Capital's ambitious seaside project, soon becoming a lively holiday destination. Yet its roots run far deeper: in Roman times, nearby Ancient Ostia flourished as one of the Empire's most important ports — a crossroads of cultures, trade and stories.
Staying at Residenza Belle Époque means immersing yourself in history. Just a short walk away, you can explore the archaeological site of Ostia Antica, wander along ancient stone-paved streets, and discover theatres, temples and baths that still whisper the grandeur of Rome.

The residence
Spanning 85 sqm, the residence is located on the third floor of a historic building dating back to 1935, where the absence of a lift preserves its authentic charm. In the Residenza you will find:
· Two spacious bedrooms (one with a double bed and balcony, one with twin beds)
· A bright living room with sofa bed and a sea-view balcony
· A bathroom with extra-large shower
· A fully equipped, eat-in kitchen
The apartment comfortably
accommodates up to six
guests.
From both bedrooms and the living room, you can enjoy sea views.
The home is furnished with one-of-a-kind pieces born from the owners' passion for vintage and industrial design. Each item tells its own story, and many have been carefully handcrafted. Selected furnishings are also available for purchase upon request.
It is equipped with air conditioning in all rooms, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer and pets are allowed.
